1. How do I shop ChristopherKane.com?

To make a purchase on Christopher Kane you do not need to register, however we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Item Search:

To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu. To find something more specific, use the website search option.

Product Information:

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, a description and the composition of each item

How to order:

  1. From the product page, select the desired colour and size

  2. Add the product to your shopping bag

  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on shopping bag

  4. Select a shipping method and a payment method

  5. Check that all information entered is correct, and click Place order

2. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for any reason; up to the moment it is processed. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Refunds & Returns page

4. My order is not being accepted. Why?

Please be sure that the address you are entering in the “billing” field is the address registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statement. If your order is still not accepted, please contact your bank and then contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

5. How do I return an item?

Christopher Kane offers a free collection service to all customers. You have 14 days from receiving your order to schedule a return. Book your free returns pick‐up via the below steps, or contact us. We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receipt.

If you have a Christopher Kane account:

  1. Sign into Christopher Kane.com and go to My Account

  2. Under 'Orders + Returns' find the relevant order and click 'Book Return'

  3. Select the item(s) to return and follow the steps to schedule a pick‐up time and address

  4. Print out the Air Way Bill and attach it to the outside of your parcel. There will be a label for each package plus an archive copy that you must give to the courier

  5. If you have been provided with a Returns Invoice for Customs, please print two copies and enclose one inside the package. Sign the second copy and include it on the outer package with the Air Way Bill

You will receive an email confirming your return request and selected collection time.

6. What payment methods does Christopher Kane accept?

Worldwide:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal (Paypal not accepted in Korea)

China Mainland, Taiwan Region, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR:
All worldwide methods and Alipay

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium:
All worldwide methods and Sofort Banking

Netherlands:
All worldwide methods and iDeal

Brazil:
Up to 12 installments without interest. Bank slip. Bank Transfers through PagSeguro

Some cards may require authorization from the issuing bank.

7. What currency can I pay in?

The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout.
